JK Nástroje Deploys LOGIS Production Planner

JK Nástroje, a company specializing in precision CNC metal machining, firearms manufacturing, hunting accessories, and machining tools, has successfully implemented the LOGIS Production Planner APS system.

The new APS system replaces the company’s previous production planning solution. During the implementation, JK Nástroje reconfirmed that the specific conditions of its manufacturing environment place demands on production planning that standard ERP planning modules are unable to meet. The new APS system now enables the company to better synchronize material flow across manufacturing, reduce work in progress, and improve overall operational efficiency.

With more accurate planning, JK Nástroje gains better control over production capacity, improved on-time delivery performance, and a more stable foundation for further growth.
