Pyrotek Launches Implementation of an APS system

Pyrotek, a technology leader in solutions for the glass, aluminum, and foundry industries as well as other sectors, decided to implement an advanced planning and scheduling system based on LOGIS APS technologies.

This will enable Pyrotek to better reflect its specific production technologies and processes in its production plans and gain a higher level of control over manufacturing operations. The APS system will enable Pyrotek to increase its operational efficiency, improve on-time delivery performance, and respond more flexibly to changes.

The APS system, based on LOGIS Production Planner, will be integrated with the Infor ERP system and the concurrently implemented Pharis MES system.
